SEI Engineers, Inc. undertook the job of creating a solution for moving coal from a new slope location to the existing preparation plant. The solution was to build two complexes with a dedicated rail from one complex to another. SEI provides all the detail engineering and construction management services from the initial study to start up and commissioning. |
