Project Services: include raw materials receiving; coating reactors; cooling and materials handling equipment; associated chemical; water; steam; air and coating piping for the process; refrigeration (chilled water) and air handling units for the generation of conditioned air; air compressors; a steam boiler and dust collection equipment for exhaust air. The electrical controls are fully automated with a PLC based control system including state-of-the-art OIT graphic screens. Also included are layouts of bagging and palletizing equipment; rerouting of pallet conveyors and design of new building space and fertilizer handling system to feed the bagging equipment.
